Do you provide any equipment?
We provide the necessary catering equipment.

Do you need a kitchen?
We don't have to have one. If one is available we would like to use it.

What are the portion sizes?
The average portion size for one dinner entree is 6ozs.

What about beverages?
Coffee and soft beverages are served unless it is a buffet.

Is there a set deadline time for menu options?
72 hours prior to the function we like to have the total number of people and the final menu selections.

Are there additional charges for anything?
Yes, for tables, linen, decorations, chairs, glassware, silverware.

Who sets up the room?
We set up the food and beverage tables. Table and chairs are an option that can be added to your function.

If it is a buffet will you serve it?
If it is a buffet it is not normally served. However, it can be added to the contract.

Will your Service Staff clear the tables?
There is an additional service charge for clean-up.

When does overtime start?
We usually provide for a period of four hours. If needed we can make arrangements for a few staff to remain for an additional charge.

What about taxes and gratuities?
Taxes are added and gratuities are based on the type of function.
